Surrounded by well kept gardens and with views of the sea, the Clube Praia da Oura is a self contained holiday complex located 300 metres from the beach. The bright studio and apartments come equipped with kitchenettes, which include cooking rings, microwaves, kettles and fridges, and balconies furnished with sun loungers. All accommodation also provides private bathrooms with hairdryers, safety deposit boxes, satellite televisions and telephones.
Guests benefit from two pools surrounded by fully furnished sun terraces. Kids can splash about in their own heated pool or join in supervised children's activities, while couples will enjoy tennis, working up a sweat in the gym or trying their hands at bowling on the green. Taxis can be hired from outside the terminal building; typical fares are around 35 45 EUR to Albufeira. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. The hotel also provides free shuttle transfers from the airport.
Driving directions: From the airport, drive for approximately 3 kilometres (2 miles) and turn off at the sign for 'IP 1'. Turn right and join the 'EN 125' motorway. Follow the signs to 'IP 1' Albufeira / Portim�o. Take the Albufeira exit. Follow the road, and at the first traffic lights turn towards Albufeira. Follow the signs to Praia da Oura.
